Frequently Asked Questions
Which video production company in Ho Chi Minh City can you trust?
9G Pictures is a boutique production house in Ho Chi Minh City, founded in 2022, specialising in TVC, corporate video, documentary, podcast and livestream production. Long-term clients include VinaCapital, Bureau Veritas, Samsung SDS, Gamuda and Gia Dinh University. The same core team runs every stage from pre-production to post-production and signs off on the final deliverable.
How much does TVC or commercial production cost in Vietnam?
Cost follows shoot days, crew size, casting, locations and the deliverables you need. Once we have read your brief we send a line-itemised quote — no hidden fees, nothing billed outside the contract. Send your brief to info@9gpictures.com and we will quote within one business day.
How long does corporate video production take?
Two to four weeks on average, from brief to final delivery. Pre-production takes about half of that — it is where risk is removed before the shoot day and where the number of revision rounds in post is decided. Post-production typically runs 4–7 working days; the rest of the timeline depends on how quickly feedback comes back.
What is included in corporate video production?
A corporate video package covers: message alignment with your leadership or brand team, script and storyboard, executive interviews, workplace footage, full post-production, a long master for conferences with short cutdowns for social, and Vietnamese–English subtitles. Subtitles in other languages, or subtitles that need a professional translation check, carry a small additional fee.
Do you work with international brands and agencies filming in Vietnam?
Yes. We work as the local production partner for overseas brands and agencies: camera crew, camera package, filming across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang and other provinces, and full post-production. The team works in English as well as Vietnamese. We don't act as a fixer or rent out lighting and grip ourselves — we connect you with the rental houses and partners we work with, and stay focused on the production.
Do you provide camera crews and equipment in Vietnam?
Yes — crew-only or full production. Crew covers director of photography, camera operators, focus pullers and DIT; our own package covers cinema cameras, lenses and camera accessories. Lighting, grip and anything beyond that comes through rental houses in our network. Overseas production companies can book us for a single shoot day or for a whole project.
Do you produce podcasts and event livestreams?
Yes. We set up in a studio or at your own office, record multi-camera with real-time timecode sync to cut post time, capture audio to cinema standard and handle the full edit. On the live side we run webinars, conferences and corporate events in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces, streaming to international audiences across the major platforms.
