A livestream gets one chance. Most of our work goes into making sure it never needs a second.
The set
At your office — the flexible, lower-cost option — or in a rented studio with a set designed to your brand guidelines.
Cameras and sound
Two or three camera angles with real-time timecode sync, which cuts post-production time. Professional audio, processed so every voice comes through clear and warm.
Tech check
A full technical check and rehearsal 60 minutes before going live, so problems with the connection are found before the audience arrives.
On air
Live switching on professional software, streamed to YouTube, Zoom or your own platform. When the venue's connection isn't enough, we bring in a dedicated high-speed line for the event. Windows and Mac systems run in parallel, and high-speed SSDs take every recording.
Live bilingual subtitles
For mixed audiences, AI-generated Vietnamese–English subtitles can run on screen during the livestream.
Recorded twice
The switched programme is always recorded, and each camera records its own file. If anything goes wrong on air, the post-edited version corrects it before the session is republished.
After the session
The full episode is edited from the camera files, not the stream. Short clips for social, thumbnails and show graphics are designed in house, and Vietnamese–English subtitles are included. Conference sessions are delivered within 48 hours. Every cut goes through three revision rounds on our Client Review platform, with each comment pinned to the exact frame.

Do we need our own studio?
No. We can build the set at your office — usually the most cost-effective option — or rent a studio and design the set around your brand guidelines.
How many episodes can we record in one session?
Usually two to four, as long as scripts and guests are ready.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube, Zoom, or your own private platform — including the investor platforms some of our clients use.
What happens if something goes wrong during the livestream?
We plan so it doesn't: a full tech check and rehearsal 60 minutes before air, a dedicated high-speed line when the venue's connection isn't enough, and Windows and Mac systems running in parallel. The programme and every camera are also recorded separately, so any problem on air is corrected in the edited version before it is republished.
Can you run events in English or for a bilingual audience?
Yes. Our crew works in English — many of VinaCapital's sessions, for example, are produced in English for international investors. We can run AI-generated Vietnamese–English subtitles live during the stream, and Vietnamese–English subtitles on the recorded version are included free. Other languages, or subtitles that need a professional translation check, carry a small additional fee.
How quickly do we get the recordings?
Conference session videos are delivered within 48 hours. For recurring shows, we agree the turnaround with you when the schedule is set.
How much does podcast or livestream production cost?
It depends on the number of cameras, the set (your office or a studio), whether it goes out live, the number of episodes and the post-production you need. Send us the format and the date, and we'll return a line-itemised quote within one business day.
