Corporate Video – Brand Film
Company films, brand films, safety films and customer stories — for organisations whose videos go through leadership, regional HQ and procurement before they go live.
What a corporate film has to do
A corporate video has a job: explain a company, mark a milestone, change how people work on site, or show what a certification made possible for a client. We start from that job, then find the people and images that carry it.
Brand films
What a company stands for, told through a story rather than a list of claims.
For Gamuda Land's Vietnam National Day film (2023), the story is told through a young photographer. Earlier brand work by our founder includes Wink Hotels' pre-opening films (2019–2020) and a portrait of Head Chef Pedro Goizueta for Kiba Saigon (2020).
Company & project films
Milestones, handovers and the teams behind them.
For Coteccons, a film on Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, marking ten years of partnership with the Ho Tram investor (2022).
HSE & safety films
Films that have to change behaviour, not just inform.
At Bureau Veritas, Safety is Absolute (2022) — on protective equipment and safe work in the oil, gas and energy sector.
Customer stories & product films
A client's result, or a product's craft, shown on camera.
For Bureau Veritas CPS, the story of ELISE — the first Vietnamese fashion brand to earn BV Mark certification — made under the supervision of BV's global BV Mark team in Shanghai (2023). For VTD Smarthome, a film on Vimar's Italian switches (2024).

From brief to sign-off
Most corporate films are approved by more than one person. We plan for that from the first meeting, so the film doesn't change shape halfway through post.
-
Message alignment
One meeting with your leadership or brand team to settle what the film must say, who it is for, where it will be shown and who signs it off.
-
Script & storyboard
The script and storyboard are approved before the shoot. The review schedule and the three revision rounds in our standard package are agreed at the same time.
-
Shoot day
Planned around your executives' diaries and your operations. Your staff don't need to act: we film interviews and people doing their real work. On industrial sites, our crew completes the site's HSE induction and wears the required PPE.
-
Review
Cuts are shared on our own Client Review platform, where every approver comments on the exact frame and all feedback sits in one place. Links are unlisted by default and self-hosted when a project needs tighter security.
-
Delivery
A master for your website and conferences, short cutdowns for social, and Vietnamese–English subtitles — graded in DaVinci Resolve and checked on calibrated monitors.
Built for procurement and regional teams
Qualified vendor
We have passed vendor onboarding at Bureau Veritas Vietnam (2022), Gamuda Land through the SAP Ariba Network (2023), Bureau Veritas S.E.A in Singapore (2023) and Samsung SDS S.E.A (2025).
Regional approvals, in English
We work in English with teams in Singapore, Malaysia and Shanghai, and build the review schedule around each layer of approval.
Paperwork your finance team expects
A registered Vietnamese company: VAT invoices, bilingual English–Vietnamese contracts and NDAs on request. Quotes are itemised, and every key crew position is named before the contract is signed.
Confidentiality
Unlisted review links by default, self-hosted review for sensitive projects, footage kept on our own storage under a 3-2-1 backup, and 100% licensed software.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long should a corporate video be?
For a website or conference, the master usually runs two to four minutes, with 30–60 second cutdowns for social. A brand film runs as long as its story needs.
How long does corporate video production take?
Two to four weeks from approved brief to final delivery, or the schedule agreed in the contract. Post-production typically takes four to seven working days; the rest depends on how quickly feedback comes back.
How much does a corporate video cost in Vietnam?
It depends on shoot days, locations, crew size, post-production and the versions you need. Send us your brief and we'll return a line-itemised quote within one business day — nothing billed outside the contract.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Three rounds, always. They are scheduled in pre-production and handled on our own Client Review platform, where every comment is pinned to the exact frame — so a note like "the logo is too small here" never needs a screenshot or a timecode typed into an email.
Do our staff need to act?
No. We film interviews and people doing their real work — nobody is asked to perform a script.
Can you work with our regional team in English?
Yes. We have produced for teams in Singapore, Malaysia and Shanghai, with English as the working language. We sign bilingual contracts and NDAs on request and issue VAT invoices. Vietnamese–English subtitles are included; other languages, or subtitles that need a professional translation check, carry a small additional fee.
How do you keep our footage confidential?
Review links are unlisted by default, and we move review to self-hosting when a project needs tighter security. Footage stays on our own storage under a 3-2-1 backup, and we sign NDAs on request.
Can you film in our factory or on a construction site?
Yes. Our crew completes each site's HSE induction and certification before entry and works in the PPE the site requires — including at PTSC M&C's offshore fabrication yard in Vung Tau and the Ialy hydropower plant in Gia Lai.
