Baozi

Baozi began in 2016 as a pop-up with a two-metre kitchen, started by Chris Huỳnh, a London-born Vietnamese entrepreneur who had just moved back to Saigon. It grew into one of the city’s best-known places for Taiwanese food, served in a more contemporary, inventive way.

The film follows the menu from the signature soft-shell crab bao to the spicy beef rib soup that built the restaurant’s name.
