Caviar de Duc - Farm to Table
Caviar de Duc wanted to show where its caviar actually comes from. The answer took seven days and five provinces.
The journey started at a sturgeon farm deep in the mountains of Nam Kar, Son La, moved to a breeding research centre in Da Lat, and ended at a fine-dining table on Hanoi’s West Lake — the full chain from water to plate, filmed on location at every stage.
Filmed in 2020 by our founder, Trần Anh Tuấn, as cinematographer, with source footage delivered to the client for editing.
